Iām so grateful youāre here. Like actually! It means a lot to me that youāre spending time in this little corner of my heart and mind.
A little bit about meā¦
Iām just a girl (cue that song by Ms. Stefani), completing my last year of veterinary school at the Ontario Veterinary College in Canada. I was born and raised in Vietnam for 18 years and have been in Canada for about 6-7 years now (since 2019).
I also identify as a foodie, a musician/singer-songwriter, an amateur baker, a fantasy book girly, a pop-culture enthusiast, and definitely a somewhat crazy cat lady.
Whatās That Vet Life š¾ about?
This is where Iāll tell the stories of my journey to (and through) veterinary school. That includes my entire high school years, my university years, and now my veterinary school experience.
Iāll also drop tips that might help you on your own path to becoming a veterinarian. If thereās anything that YOU want me to write about, donāt hesitate to reach out!
Not just that, Iām an overthinker, which means I have a lot of thoughts. As in, my Notes app is at capacity and I need somewhere else to yap. So expect random life reflections, occasional existential crises, and whatever my brain decides to let out whenever I canāt sleep. Youāre all now my unpaid therapist, congrats!
